Terms of Service

Effective: February 7, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Threadytics ("Service") and its users.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following features:

  • Automatic Threads post archiving and synchronization
  • Post engagement analytics (likes, comments, reposts, views, etc.)
  • Automatic data export to Google Sheets / Notion
  • Post search and filtering
  • Manual data export (JSON, CSV)

Article 3 (Agreement)

  1. The agreement is established when you agree to these Terms and complete registration.
  2. You may connect your Threads account to use the core features of the Service.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users shall not:

  • Collect or misuse others' personal information without authorization
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • Use data collected through the Service for illegal purposes
  • Place excessive load on the Service through automated means
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Article 5 (Service Provider Obligations)

  • We strive to provide a stable and reliable Service.
  • We protect user data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • We work to promptly resolve any service disruptions.

Article 6 (External Service Integration)

  1. Users may optionally connect external services such as Google Sheets and Notion.
  2. When connecting external services, the terms and privacy policies of those services additionally apply.
  3. We are not responsible for data loss caused by external service outages or policy changes.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

  1. Intellectual property rights for the Service's software, design, and logo belong to the Service provider.
  2. Rights to content posted by users on Threads belong to the users.

Article 8 (Service Changes and Suspension)

  1. We may modify or suspend the Service with at least 7 days' prior notice.
  2. No compensation is provided for changes or suspension of the free service.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events or external API failures.
  2. We are not responsible for decisions or judgments users make based on Service data.
  3. We are not liable for feature limitations caused by policy changes of third-party services (Meta/Threads, Google, Notion).

Article 10 (Termination)

  1. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
  2. Upon deletion, your personal information and synced data will be immediately removed.
  3. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts where the Service provider is located.

Article 12 (Changes to Terms)

Changes to these Terms will be announced within the Service at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
